We are currently seeking a motivated Dairy Sales Technician to support and drive the sales of our innovative products and services within the dairy industry. This is a remote position, with opportunities in Colorado, South Dakota, California, and Texas (Amarillo).

Role of the Dairy Sales Technician
As a Dairy Sales Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales and Support: Drive sales and provide technical support for all Micro Technologies products, with a focus on sanitation technologies.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on the uses of Micro Technologies’ offerings and build a solid understanding of their dairy operations and business objectives.
- Expertise Sharing: Provide industry expertise to customers, assisting with sanitation plans, evaluating processes, and identifying operational efficiencies.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with all levels of dairy staff, build strong business relationships, and deliver impactful sales presentations.
- Product Management: Manage products and equipment, participate in installations, and monitor product inventory.
Background & Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High school graduate with 5 years of dairy farm experience.
- BS/BA degree in dairy, food or agricultural science, engineering, chemistry, biology, or a related field, with 2 years of experience in the dairy industry.
- In lieu of a degree, 5 years of dairy industry experience is preferred.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Willingness and ability to work varying hours based on customer needs.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout a geographic territory, including periodic overnight travel.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $55,100 – $81,290 per year. The actual range may vary based on your location. Specific benefits may include:
