Customer Rep-Station – FedEx – Ottawa, ON

This is an interview position. As a Customer Rep-Station, you will provide accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface and perform the administrative duties necessary for efficient facility operations.
You will also promote continued sales and generate potential incremental revenue wherever possible, ensuring FedEx Express and Ground products and services are delivered with excellence.
About the role: Customer Rep-Station
In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, leveraging your knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations and FedEx products. You’ll operate in a PC Windows environment, completing all basic and recurrency training to meet performance thresholds.
You must have the physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills are essential to succeed in our highly pressured, monitored, and changing work environment.
