About the Role: Licensed Audiologist
As a Dispensing Audiologist, you’ll handle the full scope of hearing assessment and hearing aid dispensing services. Your day-to-day will involve conducting thorough hearing evaluations — including history taking, air and bone conduction threshold testing, and speech assessments — as well as recommending, fitting, and validating hearing instruments tailored to each member’s needs.
You’ll uphold the highest standards of infection control, privacy, and confidentiality throughout all clinical procedures. Collaboration is key in this role — you’ll work alongside support staff to ensure smooth workflow and deliver a consistently excellent experience for every member who walks through the door. On occasion, you may also assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed.

Responsibilities

- Stay knowledgeable about all products and services available through the hearing centre
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure appropriate task allocation and a smooth clinical environment
Requirements / Skills
Costco is seeking a fully qualified Dispensing Audiologist who brings both clinical excellence and genuine dedication to member service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable delivering compassionate care in a busy retail-based hearing centre.
- Master’s Degree in Audiology with all qualifications required to dispense hearing aids in Ontario
- Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
- Clinical experience in audiology is preferred
- Attention to detail and technical aptitude for precise hearing instrument work
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a varied daily caseload
