Join Dollarama as an Assistant Store Manager in Montréal, QC, where you’ll support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily retail operations. In this leadership role, you’ll help ensure that store policies are followed and that merchandising standards and inventory procedures are executed correctly.
The Assistant Store Manager also acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) when needed, assists with recruiting and training new employees, and supports a fast-paced work environment that values team communication and organization.
