Account Manager – Amazon – Toronto, ON (Canada)

About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for becoming a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions, delivering top-tier sales and customer service, and optimizing campaigns using a data-driven approach. Your goal will be to retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers by developing comprehensive brand and media strategies aligned with their objectives.
This role requires a blend of analytical skills, customer service expertise, and strategic thinking. You will be responsible for evaluating KPIs, conducting in-depth data analysis, and providing actionable recommendations to support short– and long-term advertising strategies. Your work will involve collaboration with various Amazon teams to drive revenue and enhance advertiser satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions.
- Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to clients.
- Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers through strategic planning.
- Develop campaign strategies and audience targeting recommendations.
- Optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase advertiser satisfaction.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles.
- Experience analyzing data and assessing performance drivers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in digital media, display advertising, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in display advertising sales/marketing.
- Programmatic advertising experience.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Strong analytical background.
