  • Physical Involvement: Lift up to 49 lbs, work in noisy environments, and manage variable temperatures.

What You’ll Bring

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
    • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 1+ year of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
