Your Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Manage workflows efficiently, contributing to seamless customer order delivery.

What You’ll Bring

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 2+ years of experience in employee and performance management.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
    • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 1+ year of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
