About the Position: Seasonal Tesla Advisor

As a Seasonal Tesla Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting our delivery operations and creating a seamless experience for new Tesla owners. Your role involves preparing vehicles, facilitating delivery processes, and conducting direct deliveries to customers’ homes. This dynamic, team-based position is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, customer-oriented, and committed to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Vehicle Preparation: Ensure vehicles and delivery paperwork are ready prior to scheduled deliveries.
• Customer-Focused Delivery: Educate new Tesla owners about their vehicles during the delivery process, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.
• Direct Deliveries: Conduct home deliveries directly from our Delivery Centers.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside the Sales & Delivery team to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional results.
• Flexibility: Perform additional tasks as needed to support business operations and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for candidates who embody the Tesla mission and bring exceptional skills to the team. Ideal qualifications include:

• Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Passion for Innovation: Genuine enthusiasm for Tesla’s mission and advancements in sustainable transportation.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail setting.
• Licensing: Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license for Canada. Ability to obtain state licensing if required.
