Tesla is hiring a Seasonal Tesla Advisor to join our Sales & Delivery team in Toronto, Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sustainable energy and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Tesla Advisor, you will play a key role in achieving outstanding end-of-quarter delivery results, helping customers transition to sustainable personal transportation. This part-time position is ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills and a commitment to Tesla’s mission of accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

About the Position: Tesla Advisor (Seasonal)

The Seasonal Tesla Advisor position is designed for individuals who excel in customer-focused environments and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented settings. You will contribute to the delivery process, educate new Tesla owners, and ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers.

This role also provides an opportunity to develop valuable skills, enhance your knowledge of Tesla’s innovative products, and showcase your talents within a company leading the transition to a more sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare vehicles and delivery paperwork to ensure a smooth handover process.
2. Facilitate customer-focused deliveries that educate new owners about Tesla products and features.
3. Conduct direct deliveries from delivery centers to customers’ homes.
4. Collaborate with the Sales & Delivery team to meet common goals and drive results.
5. Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Passion for Tesla’s mission and innovations in the personal transportation industry.
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license for Canada.
• Ability to obtain state-specific licensing where applicable.
