About the Position: Account Representative I

As an Account Representative I, you will manage and expand relationships with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them grow within the Amazon ecosystem. Your role will involve prospecting, cold-calling, and negotiating deals over the phone, combining a transactional and strategic branding-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a valuable prospect list and drive growth through prospecting and cold-calling.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets using a solutions-focused sales approach.
  • Build relationships with sellers, helping them understand and leverage Amazon’s tools and services.
  • Effectively balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Work cross-functionally with legal, product, and business teams to develop mutually beneficial agreements.

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets using a customer-centric approach.
  • Fluency in French (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with 2+ years of experience.
  • Exceptional business judgment and ability to influence stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
