Seasonal Package Delivery Driver – UPS – Sunnyvale, California
UPS is seeking Seasonal Package Delivery Drivers to join our team in Sunnyvale, California. These drivers are the ones who operate our iconic brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to customers across the community. They enjoy a fast-paced environment, spending time outdoors, and being behind the wheel.
In this full-time seasonal role, you’ll contribute directly to providing exceptional service to our customers. This role requires physical effort and dedication, ideal for those who enjoy active work and are looking for a dynamic experience with an industry leader.
Position Overview: Seasonal Package Delivery Driver
As a Seasonal Package Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for making timely and accurate deliveries in designated areas. A CDL is not required, but drivers must meet UPS licensing and appearance requirements.
This is a full-time role during UPS’s peak season, and you’ll be part of a friendly, dedicated team working to meet our high delivery standards. This position is also an excellent entry point for advancing into a long-term career with UPS.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive UPS trucks to pick up and deliver packages to homes and businesses.
- Lift and carry packages up to 70 lbs safely.
- Provide excellent, professional customer service during deliveries.
- Comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted.
- Valid driver’s license (no CDL required).
- Pass the DOT physical examination.
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Availability for variable shifts and compliance with UPS appearance standards.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour
