Key Responsibilities
As an Amazon Fresh Grocery Associate, your responsibilities will vary depending on store needs, but your main goal is to deliver exceptional customer service.
You will be involved in a range of tasks designed to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, engage in friendly conversations, and assist with their shopping needs.
- Product Knowledge: Provide product recommendations and information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Checkout Operations: Operate cash registers and assist customers in self-service checkout lanes.
- Return Processing: Receive and process returns from in-store and Amazon.com purchases.
- Fresh Food Preparation: Prepare fresh food items such as cold salads, pizzas, rotisserie chickens, and sandwiches.
- Store Presentation: Stock shelves, set up merchandise displays, and maintain a clean sales floor.
- Inventory Management: Unload product deliveries and organize the stockroom.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick items to fulfill customer grocery orders for pickup and delivery.
Compensation & Benefits

Basic Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following basic qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications

Working Conditions
This position requires the ability to lift up to 49 lbs and to stand or walk for the duration of your shift, which may be up to 8 hours. You must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that operates between 4 a.m. and 12 a.m.
