About the Role: Warehouse Worker 1

As a Warehouse Worker 1 at FedEx Supply Chain Canada, you’ll be responsible for the accurate receiving, moving, storing, and shipping of products in line with company standards for safety, security, and productivity. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of warehouse operations, supporting everything from order fulfillment to inventory management. These responsibilities are critical to ensuring customers receive the right products on time and in perfect condition, reflecting FedEx’s commitment to service excellence.

  • Accurately select products based on customer order specifications to ensure correct fulfillment
  • Load and unload products from delivery vehicles, pallets, and other transport methods
  • Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet customer service standards and deadlines
  • Use RF terminals for picking, inventory management, quality checks, and shipping tasks
  • Scan packages, read labels and charts, verify quantities, and sort products to appropriate destinations
  • Inspect products for accuracy, damage, or infestation before shipment
  • Maintain facility equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition
  • Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts to support inventory integrity
  • Perform labelling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as required
  • Work safely at all times, adhering to company health and safety standards throughout the shift

Requirements / Skills
