About the role: Tesla Advisor
As a Tesla Advisor, you’ll welcome and engage walk-in visitors, create an inviting environment, and educate prospective customers about Tesla products through multiple channels. You’ll help maintain a solid sales pipeline, support test drives, and provide exceptional service throughout the sales cycle, from customer education to final documentation.
You will also collaborate with your team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals, stay updated on EV industry trends, and occasionally participate in direct deliveries to customer homes. This role requires flexibility, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a retail sales environment.
