About the Role: Tesla Advisor, Sales
As a Tesla Advisor, you’ll provide world-class service, guiding customers through Tesla’s unique buying and delivery process. This position blends sales, education, and customer service to create a seamless and engaging experience for every Tesla owner. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring Tesla’s mission resonates with every customer interaction, contributing to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery goals.
In this role, you’ll also help manage Tesla’s growing customer base by maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and assisting in the final delivery process, ensuring each new owner begins their Tesla experience on a high note.
Key Responsibilities of a Tesla Advisor
- Engage and Educate: Connect with prospective customers and current owners through calls, emails, text messages, and outbound events to share Tesla’s product offerings and answer questions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Collect customer contact details, schedule test drives, and actively contribute to monthly sales and delivery targets by exceeding individual sales KPIs.
- Customer Support: Provide the highest level of customer service throughout the sales cycle, including delivery and post-ownership support.
- Vehicle Preparation: Stage, charge, and prepare vehicles for delivery appointments, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Comprehensive Orientation: Conduct tailored vehicle orientations for new owners, ensuring their comfort and understanding of their Tesla vehicle.
- Document Execution: Manage customer documentation on delivery day and conduct direct deliveries to customer homes when necessary.

What We’re Looking For
- At least 1+ year of customer service or sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- A passion for sustainable energy and a positive, enthusiastic approach to the transportation industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
- Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license for Canada.
