Your Role as a Team Member
- Take guest orders with a friendly attitude and exceptional hospitality.
- Prepare beverages and food items according to company standards, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Operate ovens, egg cookers, and other equipment to prepare baked goods like muffins, donuts, and sandwiches.
- Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, including the dining area, restrooms, and back-of-house.
- Stock inventory and organize deliveries in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
- Provide prompt service recovery for any guest concerns or complaints.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking team members who demonstrate a passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceptional guest service. Qualifications include:
- Passion for Hospitality: Dedicated to creating positive guest experiences.
- Strong Work Ethic: Punctual, responsible, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable operating equipment, carrying boxes up to 25 lbs, and working in cold environments (freezers/fridges).
- Experience: Previous guest service experience is an asset but not required.
- Education: Enrolled in or completed a diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is an asset but not required.
- Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is preferred.
