Requirements / Skills
Bachelor’s degree in administration, supply chain management, operations management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role
Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop teams
Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously in a high-volume environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to analyze and interpret performance indicators (KPIs)
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
