About the Role: Sr Manager – Facility Operations

Responsibilities

Requirements / Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent — a strong educational foundation in business or a related field
• Four (4) years of business experience, including at least two (2) years in direct employee management and operational leadership
• Recent management experience — the two years of direct people management must fall within the past four years
• Valid Ontario G driver’s licence with a clean driving record (no more than two violations or accidents in the past 24 months)
• Strong leadership and performance management skills to guide frontline teams effectively
• Ability to complete and pass mandatory assessments, including any required driver competency evaluations
