About the Role: Service Advisor
In this role, you’ll respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to address customer concerns with utmost attention. You will ensure that missed communications are returned swiftly within five minutes. It’s crucial to determine if issues can be resolved over the phone or need escalation to the Shop Foreman or Service Manager. Precise recording of problems in the Dealer Management System is essential, as is guiding customers through transaction corrections and providing summaries.
You’ll also communicate estimated completion times, provide regular updates, and ensure follow-through on each vehicle. Coordination of vehicle details before delivery is a key part of the role, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair methods, techniques, and tools

- Valid driver’s license (Class 5, G, or G2) in Canada
