About the role: Senior Advisor, Training & Development

In this role, you will maintain and build up initiatives presently in place, including onboarding programs, technical skills training, leadership programs, and engagement programs. You will design, develop, and implement HR programs and initiatives, managing project life cycles and budgets to ensure consistent, high-quality learning initiatives across the organization.

You will develop tools and supports for managers and employees to enhance organizational learning, plan and facilitate meetings, workshops, and trainings, and partake in process mapping, systems development, or policy design as needed. You will perform data analysis, monitor market trends, and report findings to support continuous improvement in training and development practices, partnering and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements / Skills

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, HR, Project Management, Psychology, etc.) and a minimum of five (5) years in a similar role, ideally in retail. Must be fully bilingual in English and French (verbal and written).

Technical & HR Skills: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools, experience with Insights Discovery or similar an asset, HR transformation and process change experience, and strong project management skills. You will design and implement learning initiatives, develop tools for managers and employees, and conduct data analysis and market trend monitoring.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Business, HR, Project Management, Psychology, etc.)
  • Minimum five (5) years in a similar Training & Development role, ideally in retail
  • Fully bilingual in English and French (verbal and written)
