About the role: Senior Account Executive, Public Sector
You will manage a territory of Enterprise and greenfield accounts, using a consulting approach to solve industry-specific procurement challenges. Prospect and engage C-level decision makers in Finance, Procurement, IT and Facilities, crafting personalized solutions that align with public sector contracting requirements, eProcurement integration, and automated reconciliation processes.
Collaborate closely with Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, Marketing, and other Amazon stakeholders to drive customer success and adoption. Relay market feedback to internal teams and work with sales leadership to keep pipeline updates and deal insights flowing, ensuring continuous improvement of our B2B procurement platform.

Requirements / Skills
- Basic Qualifications:
- Experience positioning and selling innovative B2B solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years in B2B or enterprise “hunting” sales
- Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes
- Track record improving large-scale tech deals
