Produce Stocker – Walmart – Woodstock, ON

About the Role: Produce Stocker

As a Produce Stocker at Walmart Woodstock, your primary responsibility is maintaining the produce department so it’s always stocked, clean, and ready for business. You’ll zone the department, rotate products, manage markdowns and markups, and make sure shelving and modulars are properly set. The role requires strict adherence to food handling standards, including temperature recording, thermometer calibrations, and sell-by/expiration date checks.

You’ll also be expected to follow Health and Safety guidelines and sanitation procedures at all times. Working as part of a collaborative store team, you’ll coordinate with colleagues to keep operations running smoothly and ensure customers have a positive experience every time they visit the produce section.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $18.05/hour, with the actual rate determined based on relevant experience. • Zone the produce department to maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable layout

• Adhere to cold chain compliance protocols including thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, and product rotation
• Follow all food safety, food handling, and sanitation/cleaning procedures
• Execute proper ordering procedures, clearance processes, and markup/markdown protocols
• Stock merchandise, downstock as applicable, and apply product protection when required
• Set and complete modulars, including flex modulars and new shelf caps
• Follow Health and Safety guidelines at all times
