About the role: Overnight Team Member/Baker
In this position, you’ll work overnight to keep production moving and the restaurant set up for the morning. You’ll prepare and bake items (donuts, muffins, breads, eggs, sausages, and more), maintain freshness, track inventory, and ensure showcases and production sheets are handled properly. You’ll also support the front-of-house when required, helping “make it right” for any guest concerns.

Responsibilities
- Get products from the walk-in freezer, operate ovens, and decorate donuts according to standard
- Operate ovens/egg cookers and prepare baked products such as muffins, donuts, breads, eggs, sausages, and more
- Handle inventory of baked products during the shift; monitor expired products with urgency
- Ensure opened products have shelf-life stickers and are stored properly
- Prepare toppings and pre-prep backups for next shifts
- Ensure all showcase specifications are met
- Ensure production sheets are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift and at end of shift/day
- Receive and store inventory in BOH during deliveries (when applicable)
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment each shift
- Assist front-of-house team members and help resolve guest concerns when needed
Requirements / Skills
- Ability to learn and operate various equipment
- Ability to carry boxes up to 25 lbs
- Comfort working in a cold environment (freezer/fridge)
- Ability to commute to work late at night or early in the morning
- Flexible availability preferred
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure while maintaining food safety standards
