As a Night Associate, you’ll be working as part of a dedicated overnight team to unload trailers, pull pallets, label merchandise, and prepare the sales floor before doors open. About the Role: Overnight Associate

This position is all about keeping product moving from the receiving dock to the sales floor with precision and efficiency. You’ll be unloading trailers, pulling pallets of merchandise, processing stock, and making sure every product is properly labelled and placed — whether in backroom bins or directly on the floor. Come store opening, the shelves should be full and ready to go, and that’s largely thanks to the overnight team.

Beyond stocking duties, this role also contributes to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment. Associates are expected to follow all company policies and safety procedures, complete safety sweep logs, and ensure that displays and fixtures are secure. If customers are present during your shift, you may also be called upon to assist with customer service.

Benefits and Salary

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $18.25 per hour. • Prepare the sales floor for store opening, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and signed
• Unload trailers and complete live unloading of various types of merchandise
• Pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing
• Label merchandise accurately and place stock in the appropriate backroom bins or on the sales floor
• Set and merchandise features and signage throughout the store
• Stock the sales floor as assigned and assist customers when needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company safety policies and completing safety sweep logs
• Secure displays and fixtures to ensure a safe shopping and working environment
