About the Role: Overnight Associate
This position is all about keeping product moving from the receiving dock to the sales floor with precision and efficiency. You’ll be unloading trailers, pulling pallets of merchandise, processing stock, and making sure every product is properly labelled and placed — whether in backroom bins or directly on the floor. Come store opening, the shelves should be full and ready to go, and that’s largely thanks to the overnight team.
Beyond stocking duties, this role also contributes to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment. Associates are expected to follow all company policies and safety procedures, complete safety sweep logs, and ensure that displays and fixtures are secure. If customers are present during your shift, you may also be called upon to assist with customer service.
Benefits and Salary
The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $18.25 per hour. Responsibilities
Working overnight at Walmart means you’re the backbone of the store’s daily operations.
