The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $19.85/hour, with the actual rate determined based on relevant experience. Responsibilities

The OMNI Department Manager plays a hands-on leadership role each shift, managing both operational tasks and team coordination. From setting up the back office each morning to ensuring picks are completed accurately and service stations are clean and ready, every responsibility feeds directly into the quality of the customer’s online shopping experience.

  • Train and develop OMNI Associates to ensure consistent performance across the team
  • Complete back office setup including review of Future Grocery Order Summaries, Daily Pickup Reports, confirmation of daily orders, identification of payment exceptions, pick assignments, and staging whiteboard setup
  • Check email and AMP+ daily for action items and updates requiring follow-through
  • Complete daily picks as needed and oversee post-pick activities such as clearing service stations, tote cleaning, and maintaining e-commerce cleanliness standards
  • Set up handhelds and printers for Customer Fulfilment Associates (CFAs) to ensure seamless order processing
  • Lead by example by greeting all customers in a friendly and polite manner, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, and supporting purchase decisions
  • Strategically plan workload by commodity and assign CFAs based on order volume and customer traffic patterns
