About the role: (CAN) New Store Manager

As part of the Store Management Team, you drive profitable sales by achieving sales and profit goals through budget management and sales forecasting. You proactively analyze and use sales and financial reports, economic trends, and community needs to respond to market changes while controlling expenditures, and you communicate sales results to Associates while guiding interpretation of those results.

With support from the Store Manager, you create operational plans with clear prioritization and delegation to Managers and Associates. You help maintain optimal store conditions through effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, and store standards within Company policies, while monitoring perpetual inventory and replenishment, identifying inventory flow issues, and taking corrective action. You also execute and monitor asset protection and safety controls, oversee operational reviews, and ensure compliance with Walmart policies and procedures, including proactively addressing issues tied to Total Loss control.
