Modular Team Associate – Walmart – Toronto, ON
Location: Toronto, ON | Company: Walmart
Walmart Canada’s store at 3757 Keele St in Toronto, Ontario is looking for a Modular Team Associate to join their team. This role is all about keeping the store’s product sections accurate, well-stocked, and safe — the kind of behind-the-scenes work that directly shapes the shopping experience for every customer who walks through the door.
Day to day, you’ll be working with planograms and modular layouts, ensuring shelves are set correctly, labelled accurately, and fully stocked. It’s a role that requires attention to detail, a steady pace, and a collaborative mindset — you’ll be working alongside teammates to maintain store standards across multiple departments.
About the Role: Modular Team Associate
As a Modular Team Associate, your core focus is on modular integrity — setting and maintaining product displays according to Walmart’s Home Office guidelines. You’ll print labels, review floor plans, attach aisle locations in the system, and make sure every fixture and piece of signage is exactly where it should be. Accuracy matters in this role, as does a methodical approach to getting things done right the first time.
Working in a retail environment means staying alert to safety at all times. You’ll be responsible for completing safety sweep logs, keeping your work area clean and hazard-free, and making sure displays and fixtures are properly secured. Whether you’re working mornings, evenings, or overnight shifts, the expectations stay the same — a safe, tidy, and well-merchandised store.
