As a Modular Team Associate, your core focus is on modular integrity — setting and maintaining product displays according to Walmart’s Home Office guidelines. You’ll print labels, review floor plans, attach aisle locations in the system, and make sure every fixture and piece of signage is exactly where it should be. Accuracy matters in this role, as does a methodical approach to getting things done right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies and completing safety sweep logs regularly
• Set modular displays in line with Home Office Bought Features and merchandise non-basic items as required
• Print modular labels and review floor plans to confirm layout accuracy before and after execution
• Finalize modulars in the system by completing the aisle location attachment process and ensuring shelves are fully stocked
• Inspect and replace fixtures and supplies as needed to maintain display integrity
• Apply proper signage (such as beanies) as directed by each modular’s specifications
• Secure displays and fixtures to prevent hazards and ensure customer and associate safety on the sales floor
