Costco Wholesale Canada is hiring a friendly and reliable Member Service Assistant at its Quebec City warehouse (999 Rue du Marais). In this role, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for members—greeting them at entry, verifying membership cards, performing safety checks, and checking receipts at exit. This position is key to ensuring members enjoy a safe, efficient, and welcoming shopping experience.

About the Role

The Member Service Assistant plays a vital role in customer service and warehouse safety. You’ll be responsible for greeting members, verifying entry, conducting hourly safety inspections, and performing security checks both inside and around the facility. You will also help ensure smooth customer flow and a safe environment by addressing spills, hazards, and other safety concerns.

This is an entry-level opportunity with no prior experience required, but it does require a valid driver’s license and the ability to communicate in French (oral and written), as the role is based in Quebec.

Requirements / Skills

Responsibilities

• Greet members at entry, verify membership cards, and count entries
• Perform hourly safety and security checks of the warehouse and perimeter

• Assist members with directions, carts, and loading purchases
• Monitor warehouse access and observe security-sensitive activities
• Drive perimeter checks using personal vehicle and report activity via radio
• Assist other warehouse areas as required
