As a Market Leader with Dollarama, you will oversee the daily retail operations of multiple stores while being based out of one home store. This role is accountable for ensuring that all operational, people, merchandising, and financial activities are executed consistently across 2 to 5 stores within your assigned market.
In this position, you will provide strategic and hands-on leadership, working closely with Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to drive sales growth, operational excellence, and team development in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
