About the Role: Inside Sales Advisor – Tesla

As an Inside Sales Advisor, your responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with prospective customers via chat, email, and SMS, guiding them through the Tesla purchase process.
  • Handling inbound leads, assessing customer needs, and scheduling test drives.
  • Using a consultative sales approach to educate customers about Tesla’s direct-from-manufacturer model.
  • Maintaining a sales pipeline, achieving both individual and team targets.

Requirements / Skills

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of inside sales experience or a bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French (bilingual required).
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent phone communication, listening, and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM applications, MS Office, and corporate productivity tools.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:
