DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a seasoned logistics leader to take on the role of Head of ACC Management (Country Air Freight Growth Head and Pricing Manager) at their Mississauga, Ontario office. About the Role: Head of ACC Mgmt

At its core, this position is about leading a team of pricing specialists while setting the strategic direction for air freight volume growth in Canada. You’ll oversee the full RFQ process, manage rate setting across global, regional, and country-level business, and act as a key pricing advisor to senior leadership. The role requires a balance of analytical rigour and strong stakeholder engagement — you’ll need to be as comfortable reviewing trade lane performance data as you are negotiating with external suppliers or presenting growth proposals to leadership.

Beyond pricing, you’ll be responsible for building a high-performance team culture — mentoring your team, allocating resources effectively, and supporting career development. You’ll also play a direct role in process improvement initiatives and ensuring data integrity across pricing systems such as MTS and CW1. With approximately 20% travel expected, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with regional and global counterparts on a regular basis.

Benefits and Salary

This position offers a base salary range of CAD $120,000 – $160,000, plus an incentive component and a full benefits package. Responsibilities

This role carries a broad and high-impact mandate. From driving air freight volume growth and managing complex tenders to overseeing pricing governance and leading a team of specialists, the day-to-day work demands both strategic thinking and operational follow-through. • Drive volume growth across all air freight products in coordination with station management and Country/Regional Product Heads
• Oversee all tenders run through the country/cluster ACC as part of the global and country RFQ process, ensuring efficient execution with stakeholders
• Set competitive pricing and manage rate setting across global, regional, and country-level business
• Spearhead RFQ analytics to improve win ratios and drive country-led RFQs to increase growth
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pricing specialists, fostering a high-performance culture
• Define and execute local and regional pricing strategies in coordination with Regional PCM
• Analyze trade lane performance and customer profitability to optimize pricing models
• Partner with Sales, Trade Lane Managers, Carrier Management, and Product teams to align pricing with commercial objectives
• Ensure accurate, timely maintenance of tariffs, surcharge tables, and pricing data in relevant systems (e.g., MTS, CW1)
• Monitor compliance with pricing governance, customer agreements, and internal controls

Requirements / Skills

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in air freight forwarding along with proven experience leading pricing teams in a multinational environment. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in the air freight forwarding industry
• 2–3 years in a pricing leadership role, with a demonstrated track record of success
• Experience in a multinational environment and large corporate structure
• Strong customer contacts and a history of building effective external relationships
• Ability to travel approximately 20% as required by the role
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada — visa sponsorship is not available for this position
