About the Role: Group Coordinator Lead
As a Group Coordinator Lead at DHL Supply Chain, you’ll be responsible for directing a work group from the floor up. Responsibilities
As a Group Coordinator Lead, your responsibilities span leadership, training, safety, and record-keeping. Each day, you’ll play a central role in making sure your warehouse work group operates at its best — keeping productivity high and standards consistent across the board.
- Conduct training for new associates, setting them up for success from day one
- Assign work schedules and ensure daily workloads are properly managed and completed
- Monitor performance of associates within your work group and provide day-to-day guidance
- Organize and lead packaging cells to support productivity adherence
- Maintain accurate records and logs that are legible and up to standard
- Review documents prepared by work group members for accuracy and legibility
- Open and/or close and secure the building as directed by management
- Report unsafe conditions to supervisors when they cannot be self-corrected, maintaining a safe work environment
- Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods clearly to all associates
Requirements / Skills
