Responsibilities

The Food Service Assistant role at Costco’s food court is hands-on and fast-paced. You’ll be responsible for everything from food prep and cash handling to maintaining a spotless, code-compliant kitchen and dining area.   • Dispense dessert and beverage items such as frozen yogurt, lattes, and smoothies; clean, sanitize, and refill dispensing machines
  • Maintain the self-serve pop area, condiment table, and eating area; bus and sanitize tables, sweep and mop floors, and empty trash
  • Clean and sanitize machines, work surfaces, floors, pans, utensils, and counters throughout the shift
  • Pull and stock ingredients and supplies from the warehouse to shelves, cooler, freezer, and preparation areas
  • Comply with health codes covering sanitation, temperature monitoring, product rotation, and expiration date checks

Requirements / Skills
