Join AWS Worldwide Public Sector to shape and deliver a strategy that builds mindshare and broad use of AWS within Provincial Governments. You’ll define key market drivers, establish strategic partnerships, and manage day-to-day interactions to unlock long-term sales and marketing opportunities.
About the role: Enterprise Account Representative, Canada Public Sector
You will help define and update the mission, goals, and success metrics for the Government of Ontario business, aligning it with overall AWS strategy. Collaborating with senior management, you’ll create and execute a tactical action plan to exceed revenue and strategic goals.
Independently you’ll drive strategic business development, working cross-functionally with operations, legal, support, and service teams. You’ll research and identify new opportunities with Provincial Governments and Crowns, prepare business reviews for leadership, and ensure customers have the technical resources to succeed on AWS.

Requirements / Skills
- 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience
- 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives
- Proven track record identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals
- Preferred: experience developing go-to-market plans and growing customer relationships within an account
- Knowledge of software development practices and infrastructure/networking technologies
