About the role: District Manager
The District Manager oversees all operational activities across 10 to 18 stores in the region. You’ll manage store performance, ensure targets are met, and support store managers in leading their teams. A key part of this role is fostering a productive and motivated team while maintaining high standards in store presentation and customer service.
Responsibilities include recruitment, training, inventory and labor management, and store openings. The successful candidate will embody Dollarama’s core values, maintain operational excellence, and directly contribute to growth and profitability.

- Approximately 90% of time spent in stores
