About the Role: District Manager
As a District Manager, you will manage and execute all operational activities across your assigned territory, working closely with Store Managers to meet and exceed sales and performance targets. You will conduct daily store visits, ensuring that each location meets Dollarama’s operational standards, while also handling staffing, recruitment, and employee development.
This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on leadership. You will oversee financial reporting, inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention while fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and growth. The position also involves leading new store openings and implementing company programs that enhance performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 10–18 Dollarama stores within the Abitibi region.

- Willingness to spend approximately 90% of the time in-store and travel extensively within the region.
