Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the complete flow of warehouse operations — from receiving goods to final shipment. Your ability to coordinate people, processes, and resources is what keeps the operation running smoothly and on schedule.

  • Supervise the inbound flow, inventory control, and outbound flow activities within the warehouse
  • Schedule and allocate work to employees to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently
  • Manage budgets by allocating funds, monitoring expenditures, and resolving financial discrepancies
  • Build and maintain working relationships with vendors, including suppliers, consultants, and contractors
  • Participate in customer meetings and identify new business development opportunities
  • Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies and ensure returns are properly checked and restocked
  • Maintain employee attendance records and ensure compliance with employment standards legislation
  • Oversee warehouse housekeeping including safety, security, equipment maintenance, and inventory control

Requirements / Skills
