About the role: (CAN) OMNI Department Manager

In this position, you’ll contribute to the overall OMNI workflow by helping train and develop OMNI Associates, completing key back-office setup tasks for daily order readiness, and supporting execution on the floor when needed. You’ll review order summaries and reports, identify exceptions, determine workload by commodity, assign associates, and ensure handhelds/printers and staging tools are ready for the day.

You’ll also jump into daily picks when required, and complete post-pick tasks such as resetting service stations, tote cleaning, and maintaining e-commerce cleanliness standards—at a level comparable to fresh departments. Throughout the shift, you’ll support customers by greeting them, assisting with shopping needs, and helping them make purchase decisions.
