By creating scalable playbooks, governance structures, and success stories, you’ll empower customers to transform their contact center operations while advancing AWS’s market leadership.
About the Role
In this role, you will design tailored adoption strategies and success plans aligned with customer business goals. You’ll deliver technical workshops, track adoption metrics, and proactively identify risks or barriers to success. You will also collaborate closely with AWS Go-To-Market, product, and solution architecture teams, ensuring customer feedback translates into product improvements and innovations.
Success in this role requires strong executive presence, the ability to influence senior decision-makers, and expertise in Amazon Connect and related cloud technologies. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, ensuring their adoption of AWS delivers tangible, long-term value.

Requirements / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in technology (customer success, GTM, or consulting)
- 2+ years working with Contact Center Solutions
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and customer stakeholders
- Fluency in English and two additional languages
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS cloud or SaaS platforms, especially Amazon Connect
- MBA or advanced degree in Business Analytics
- Strong executive communication and customer advocacy skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% when required
