About the role: Customer Fulfillment Associate
You will efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature-controlled areas, ensuring “On-Time” delivery to customers. Attention to detail is key when distinguishing between similarly named products, verifying exact quantities, and applying correct product codes.
You’ll also document and label orders accurately—interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels—optimize tote fill for space efficiency, and maintain a clean, hygienic work area. Participation in continuous improvement initiatives and flexibility to adjust work assignments based on customer requests will help drive operational excellence.
