About the Role: Coffee Clerk

As a Coffee Clerk, your main focus will be ensuring the store is always well-stocked and ready to serve customers. You’ll be maintaining product displays and shelves, responding to customer needs, and scanning products accurately at the register. You’ll also help set up company-directed promotions and programs and identify inventory needs to assist with ordering.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be an active presence on the store floor, keeping products available and displays looking their best. Your day-to-day work directly shapes the customer shopping experience and supports the smooth operation of the department.

• Stock and maintain product displays and shelves to meet company standards
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to questions and resolving concerns courteously
• Ensure accurate product scanning and support inventory management and ordering
• Set up promotions and programs as directed by the company
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout your department area
• Uphold health and safety standards at all times during your shift

Requirements / Skills
