About the Role: Assistant Team Leader
As an Assistant Team Leader, you’ll assist management in overseeing daily store operations, from boxing and unboxing shipments to stocking products according to presentation standards. You’ll also perform managers‑on‑duty tasks, such as ensuring breaks are taken and attendance is recorded accurately.
You’ll help resolve customer issues, manage cash handling, open and close the store as needed, and participate in training new employees. Your leadership will contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient store environment.
