About the role: Assistant Team Leader

You’ll support store leadership by taking charge of day-to-day operations, from managing staff and training new employees, to overseeing product stocking and resolving customer concerns.

As part of your responsibilities, you’ll help maintain store presentation, manage cash operations, assist with shipment processing, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met. You’ll also take part in key tasks like opening/closing the store and making sure team schedules and breaks are tracked correctly.
