Dollarama is hiring for an Assistant Store Manager at its Northmount Drive location in Calgary, AB. This role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring company policies are followed, inventory is accurately maintained, and merchandising standards are upheld.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll also participate in the recruitment and training of new employees, acting as Manager on Duty (MOD) when required. This is a key leadership position for those ready to step up in retail management.
About the role: Assistant Store Manager
The Assistant Store Manager works closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, ensuring compliance with company regulations and delivering an excellent customer experience. You’ll ensure timely and precise inventory counts, manage merchandising practices, and maintain store standards.
In addition, you will take an active role in hiring and training new team members, while efficiently organizing time, managing priorities, and providing strong leadership and communication within a fast-paced environment.
