• Ensure safety: Maintain the highest levels of safety standards across your team and workspace.
• Collaborate: Work closely with teams like Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and HR to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor performance: Track metrics like quality, productivity, and attendance to drive operational success.
• Adaptability: Manage variable temperatures, loud noise levels, and dynamic workloads during shifts.
• Physical demands: Lift up to 49 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and climb stairs as needed.

• Basic Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon FTE (blue badge) experience.

• Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
