Key Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on Amazon Advertising solutions and their value for advertisers.
  • Develop and execute brand and media strategies based on advertiser goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing and growing revenue for existing advertisers.
  • Analyze KPIs and optimize campaign performance using a data-driven approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Sales, Product) to ensure strategic growth and satisfaction for advertisers.
  • Educate advertisers on performance metrics, consumer insights, and category trends.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience with digital media, campaign optimization, and client management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Display and programmatic advertising experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Salesforce proficiency.
