Role of the Senior Program Manager

In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of intricate cross-functional programs, guiding them from inception to successful completion. Your responsibilities will include defining clear and measurable program objectives, driving continuous improvements through monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and fostering collaborative partnerships with internal and external teams.

You will also be tasked with proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks, leading the deployment of logistics solutions across Canada, and ensuring compliance with country-specific standards and regulations. This role requires close collaboration with senior management to align project scope and goals with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Program Lifecycle: Manage cross-functional programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas).
  • Master’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience driving process improvements.
  • Master’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related technical or quantitative field.
