About the Role
As a Casual Package Delivery Driver at UPS, you’ll be driving our familiar brown trucks to deliver packages of various sizes to our customers. This job is ideal for those who enjoy a physically active, fast-paced work environment, being outdoors, and being behind the wheel.

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS
What does it take to excel in this role?
- The ability to lift to 70 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license on CDL required (License type varies by state).
- Pass the DOT physical.
- Excellent customer service and driving skills.
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the company-provided uniform.
Full-time UPS employees work eight to ten hours per day, with workdays varying (Monday – Friday) or (Tuesday – Saturday) depending on business needs.

Permanent, full-time small package delivery drivers receive an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and more.
