As a Tesla Advisor, you will engage with customers in a retail environment, representing Tesla’s innovative products and services. Key Responsibilities
As a Tesla Advisor, you’ll take on various responsibilities, including:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and engage walk-in customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere for effective conversations.
- Product Education: Provide information on Tesla’s offerings through in-person, phone, and online channels, ensuring customers understand their options.
- Sales Support: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, conduct test drives, and assist with the vehicle purchase process.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales cycle, including vehicle preparation, document completion, and home deliveries when required.
- Goal Achievement: Actively contribute to achieving monthly sales and delivery targets by meeting individual KPI objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations and consistent customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience, with a proven ability to exceed targets.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
