Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales tax-exempt records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle defective merchandise by completing defective slips and ensuring proper processing.
- Ensure all returned merchandise is verified against refund slips before returning it to the sales floor.
- Assist with front-end security by monitoring returns and exchanges to prevent fraud or shrinkage.
- Maintain accurate records for all transactions and ensure proper scanning of items before returning them to the sales floor.
